For the past thirty years, Richard Vaznaugh has focused his practice on representing workers from executives to rank and file, in civil claims against their former and current employers. He has extensive experience counseling and representing clients in technical and other industries, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims.
The Vaznaugh Law Firm maintains a limited caseload to ensure each case gets the attention they deserves. Mr. Vaznaugh works hard to make a positive difference for each client through honest advice and vigorous and ethical advocacy.
Personal:
Mr. Vaznaugh's roots in the Bay Area go back to his great-grandparents who moved to San Francisco in the late 1800s. He was born in Brussels, Belgium, where his father was a Foreign Service Officer at the US Embassy in Brussels. He has travelled extensively and lived in several countries and US states. At 18, he returned to the Bay Area and attended the University of California, Berkeley, and then the University of California, San Francisco, College of the Law. He is of Argentine descent on his mother's side and speaks fluent Spanish. He has travelled extensively in Latin America.
Mr. Vaznaugh enjoys bicycling, restaurants, traveling (but only for vacation) and spending time with his family.
