Worst lawyer ever. Incompetent, unethical and untrustworthy. Stay far away from this dangerous man. He should have been disbarred years ago. He sells out clients and works against their interests. If you hire him you will regret it.
So gross- if you want TO HIRE A CRAZY MAN, DAVID J. MILLSTEIN AKA MILLSTEIN AND ASSOCIATES. Is the way to go. I've seen some of the nicest people harmed by this dishonest scoundrel. He has a terrible reputation of being crazy and attacking his clients.
David Millstein sues clients for money. Legal malpractice attorney Jason Fellner from Murphy Pearson was retained full time to defend attorney David Millstein after horridly injuring his clients by not listening to his clients and refusing to follow their wishes: Millstein was unqualified to effectively represent clients and was consistently over billing clients for the many failures and loses they endured while they were being represented by David Millstein. The young man who hired Millstein had to represent himself after firing Millstein and won the case in Federal court with flying colors. David Millstein had to sue the young man for another $85,000 on top of the already paid $200,000 which was not fair to the clients and Millstein sued the clients mother and was paid by her to leave them alone. The only time Millstein had success in the court room was when he was suing his clients trying to recover more money from them than he deserved other than that his representation horrible.
