Hired Law Firm

Dr. Zinman is a kind and caring attorney.I wish there were more people like him in this world. Although, he couldn't take my case because I live so far away. Out of the kindness of his heart, he advised me on how to protect myself from the negligent and unscrupulous dentist who ruined my veneers. Dr. Zinman clearly doesn't like it when the community gets taken advantage of.Because he was quick to share his wealth of expert knowledge for free with me and guided me step by step through the process

Hired Attorney Edwin Zinman

Zinman admitd pro-hac-vice on my Virginia 2 Milion$$Dental complnt; but faild to add fraud dental recds w/def(also never ??'d def abt lack of xrays & informd-consent)Zinman did the defendant's attorneys job &dismissd my entire testimony & also 1/2 of my tx's. Zinman also failed to shft burden to dentist(who also has JD)for add'l spoliation of evidence Re:lack of dental lab recpts & impressions, & Zinman further abused his discretion by assess med induced xerostomia. I did not receive any $$$.
