Joseph Nicholson takes pride living in a country that affords constitutional protection to the fundamental rights essential for personal freedom. Sometimes called your “day in court,” Joseph is driven by a passion that civil jury trials are one of the most important tool for victims to seek justice and level the playing field against powerful entities and organizations that cause harm.

In 2012, Joseph graduated from UC Law San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of Law). He then joined a prominent plaintiff-side law firm in the Bay Area specializing in asbestos litigation where he collaborated with a team of highly skilled litigators on pioneering legal issues impacting mesothelioma victims. With a profound belief in the ability of the civil justice system to safeguard citizens from institutional and corporate misconduct, Joseph achieves exceptional outcomes for his clients by diligently preparing their cases for trial or equitable settlements.
