He was hired for an employment arbitration for termination. He was not impartial. At request by both parties multiple requests refused to make a bench decision. It took nearly 40 minutes to explain one situation. Many things did not cognitively make sense. He made note of surgery and off topic things that concerned me of his concentration. He made his decision based on evidence he said he was disqualifying because not witness for that evidence was present. How do you use evidence written by a witness but with out that witness. He stayed at the hotel who hosting the arbitration and was the employer. Such a terrible outcome. He denied hearing my evidence. Frankly, I think he is racist. His report said it was “clear” yet would not rule immediate and then took 60 days to respond. Please.... retire. You do no one any favor being unreliable.
