Hired Attorney

Dan Rose gets 5++ on all of the above. Our daughter was hit by a pickup truck on her bicycle. Dan was professional, compassionate, and effective. He actually answers his phone & responds to emails promptly. There were a lot of complications because the accident was in Oregon, the injuries were greater than the amount of coverage the driver had, & we didn't know have much uninsured motorist coverage for bicycle v car accidents. Even so, Dan got our daughter a great settlement! Dan is TERRIFIC.

Throughout our case, Dan was very diligent and committed to resolving all issues. Everything about Dan was above and beyond any expectation one can have of a good, hard-working, efficient and capable lawyer. He went over every detail numerous times, never took more than an hour to return an email, showed genuine compassion, and even helped us sort through personal issues. He was very sincere and never offered false hopes, and at the end we received more monetary compensation than we expected.
