I cannot rave more about this law firm. Craig Morrison and his paralegal Donna were both a pleasure to work with. Craig is reachable pretty much 24 hours per day and seven days per week (yes – he has returned calls and texts in the middle of the night and on weekends!). Donna goes the extra mile and seems to really like making the insurance company people miserable until she gets them to do what she wants. I badly hurt my back and knee at work. The insurance company guy was pretending to be my friend like he wanted to help me, but lied. I interviewed different Workers’ Compensation lawyers before deciding on Craig W. Morrison and I really glad I did! I was treated with compassion and respect, and Craig and Donna really made me feel taken care of. Craig got me into some doctors that he knows to me the medical care in the best ratings. I am extremely happy with my settlement and I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a work injury lawyer! Thanks Craig and Donna!
I had a terrible experience with Craig Morrison. He regularly ignored my emails and phone calls, scheduled phone meetings then texted he couldn't make it because he was unprepared, never rescheduled. It took me a year to get him to respond to my emails and calls, in fact he only responded when I threatened to report him to the State Bar. When I emailed him and asked him about the status of my case, he responded, "I sent a letter to the judge." That was it, and that was typical. I would never use Morrison again and certainly do not recommend him.
