Upon graduating law school, Ms. Cupp worked at the Los Angeles office of the New York law firm, Dewey LeBeouf, where she gained extensive litigation skills. Ms. Cupp was ultimately drawn to, and has been practicing exclusively in, the field of family law since 2004. Prior to joining Winter & Ross in 2010, Ms. Cupp practiced family law in Santa Clara County. While in Santa Clara, she devoted much of her time to the family law community and the local bar association. She was Chair of the Women Lawyers Committee and sat on the Board of Trustees for the Santa Clara County Bar Association from 2007-2010. In addition, Ms. Cupp served as a Settlement Judge Pro Tem for Santa Clara, was a Committee Chair for the Family Law Section, and served on the San Jose Regional Standing Committee, the body assessing and commenting on pending family law legislation for the State's Family Law Executive Committee.
