Spoke to a character of some sort named Toby who claimed to be an attorney rushed me off the phone rudely and hung up like a buffoon from Mars. With tens of thousands of attorneys all over the place, I sure ain't using these horrors. They can't answer a phone, how are they going to process a legal case? Are these the employees that are hired to handle sensitive matters of customers? Unbelievable. Imho......
