Thomas Hall Brehme IV charged me $1310 total, promising legal services, then disappeared repeatedly for months. He made me pay more money, 3 times, finally sent me legal paperwork, it was all wrong, addressed to wrong people, addresses mixed up and he had court mail it instead of the process server I paid for and he promised, 2 times! Then told me to go to court and ask judge virtually for a continuance. The judge verified defendant wasn't served, granted continuance. Lawyer knew my dire situation, but didn't contact me again for 5 months after 1st court date continuance. Over a year, lawyer didn't do what I paid him for, serving defendant, preparing all evidence, prepping me for court! July 2023, 2nd court date Aug 1, I contacted lawyer, and HE TOLD ME DEFENDANT WAS SERVED in Jan before 1st court date, NOT TRUE, A LIE! I HAD TO DO EXHIBITS I PAID HIM FOR, and he just got angry on the phone. Judge told me NO SERVICE, CASE DISMISSED! Lawyer Lied to me, deceived me, and took my money!
