Hired Attorney Anita Margolis

Thank you Anita. Anita is a strong, intelligent woman who knows the law. I consulted her on two occasions over the years since my initial divorce and settlement. She, free of charge went over my settlement, told me the facts, printed out child support and spousal support amounts I should be receiving vs what I was. Although I chose not to pursue anything at those times, when I was presented by my x husband for a modification, she handled it very professionally. She knew I would rather avoid court and presented facts and evidence clearly to my x’s attorney who worked with her and agreed to drop the modification. If it were not for Anita, I would be going to court. I can’t thank her enough for listening to me, doing what I chose to do for my best interest and being extremely fair. She was and is very clear about details and does not lie or sugar coat anything. She does not waste time and is very honest with her time and pricing. She is who I will go to again if need be. I trust Anita.

Hired Law Firm

I was referred to Anita by a friend who was thrilled with her services. My experience was identical. I am a partner physician in a large corporation, so have a lot on the line financially. I found her to be extremely competent and also very good at explaining the "maze" of Family Law. Her office is conveniently located and easy to access. Her assistant, Geneen was equally great in all facets. I am still amazed at how quickly and efficiently she brought my situation to a resolution.

Anita and her paralegal Geneen provided excellent service to me during what was a very difficult time. Anita dealt very effectively with aggressive opposing counsel and ensured that a fair agreement was reached. Her knowledge of family law is extensive. She even instructed the judge and the opposing counsel on case law regarding child support. If you want a smart, ethical lawyer who is kind but tough, you can’t do better!!!

After my ex-wife filed for divorce, I was in need of a lawyer that could assist me through one of the most difficult processes a man face. Anita was a true professional; she communicated the lawyer language in a simple clear manner that I could understand. She guided me to a good outcome and most importantly, she was willing to work with me when I didn't have much money, she put me on a fair payment plan. Anita was the first lawyer I've had to work with and if I ever need legal counsel again.
