Mr. Soady is an excellent Estate Planning attorney. His fees are quite reasonable.

I feel it would be an injustice of me for not warning others whom might consider using Scott as an attorney. We have been dealing with Scott for almost 2 years and it been anything but smooth. Scott lacks professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail. Scott consistently makes mistakes when showing up to probate court which has done nothing but prolong our case. In my opinion, Scott is unethical and should not be considered for services. If you are considering using Scott has an attorney, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Our aunt and her spouse hired Mr. Soady for estate and trust services. We have been dealing with Mr. Soady for a year now. He is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest staying away from him.
