About Rosalio (Ross) Muñoz, Jr.

For more than 29 years, I have practiced law in El Paso, Texas, and San Diego, CA. I am the Senior Partner of Mission Personal Injury Lawyers in Mission Valley, Carlsbad, and Chula Vista; I am also a former Texas Court Judge.

As a Personal Injury Attorney, my role is one of advisor, ally, and advocate for injured victims, refusing to settle for less than you need and deserve after suffering an accident. We stand firmly by your side as you recover from your injuries, ensuring that you receive the medical treatment and ultimately the compensation you deserve for your injuries, whether they are burn injuries, fractures, soft tissue injuries, spinal injuries, or brain injuries.

With more than 29 years of advocacy and experience as a Judge, I have a distinctive perspective on both the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ application of the law. This has proven to benefit my injured clients time and again. To date, I have helped thousands of victims to resolve their personal injury cases successfully, and I continue to find my work as a Personal Injury and Accident Attorney in San Diego and El Paso to be incredibly exciting, stimulating, and truly rewarding.
