I used her service a long time ago, but she was pretty disorganized herself and i was given the wrong info for the biometrics appt for my green card renewal and they rejected me when i first reported there so i had to come back to san diego all the way from LA the next day. When i addressed her a complaint about it, she got all defensive and no apologies was given. I cut her off and never used her service ever again, but i would never recommend her to anyone else. Not sure if she still practices, but I'd be surprised if she was able to establish her reputation as a qualified attorney.
