Everything was going great until the first court hearing,Lia froze and did not speak on my or my children’s behalf at all. I had to pass notes to her on things to say in response and o what the other attorney was saying.Needless to say she undid all the work I had done on my own for 2 years. She is not good in front of the judge and she’s no match for a knowledgeable aggressive attorney.She doesn’t present herself professionally and my ex actually laughed at how she was running back and forth begging for an agreement before walking into court, she did this about 4 times, it was embarrassing to watch. Outside of court we regrouped and one of the memorable things she said to me is that I should’ve stayed married longer talking about assets I lost. Her paralegal Emily kept sending me someone else’s documents and personal information for about 9 months.I cc’d Lia and Emma and for months it continued I want to know how many times Emily sent my information to other clients by mistake?!
