John has an excellent estate planning program that starts with writing your trust, POAs and etc. If you do his life plan, he makes sure that your paperwork is continually updated as the laws change which is all the time. The fee he charges to maintain this is less than most attorneys charge for one hour. He will change your paperwork anytime. You can't bet it.
He speaks well on the phone, although I do not understand what it is he is speaking of,
getting him to return a phone call sure takes a long time. I would not recommend him because he actually added a pamphlet to his large box of cassette tapes, and other paperwork, to find two other people and get credit for something else. It was like a MLM company advertisement. I thought that was tacky as his services cost between $3,000.00
and $4,000.00 to go from the start to the finish of our business.
