Calls not returned, questions not answered. Since filing work-comp case over a year ago, I have seen him only once at deposition with defense lawyer. Paralegal assures me that case is moving forward but gives run around rather than answer questions about what to do or expect while case is pending. My doctor has given more info. on legal procedure than my lawyer. Considering dropping him for another lawyer even though I signed a contract giving him 18%. Has done little more than file my claim.
