One of the most important notions that we in still in our San Diego attorneys is that they serve a dual role - as attorneys, it is our job to both represent and educate clients. By making sure to always keep our clients educated and informed about their options, we know that our clients will be able to make the legal decisions that are best for their situations. At Hiden, Rott & Oertle, LLP, we let our clients know that they are not just a file sitting on our shelves. We work hard to keep every single case moving along, and are sure to contact our clients so that they know where their case stands. When focusing on workers' compensation cases, we constantly try to find creative solutions to our clients' issues. We fight to make sure that our clients receive the payments to which they are entitled. We do not settle cases just for the sake of settling, and if need be we will take a case up on appeal to protect our clients' rights. We also become personally invested in our clients' cases. While this is the usual practice for lawyers who only do personal injury work, it is uncommon in the realm of labor and employment law. Hired Attorney Michael Rott

Mr. Rott has been a great attorney who explains everything as it relates to my case. He genuinely cares about not only about my case, but me as a person and his client. He looks out for my best interest, and he is always thinking ahead as what can and cannot happen. He thinks outside the box, and creates fabulous strategies that bring out the best results!! I am very happy with my attorney, and I would recommend him to any person in need of a fabulous workers' compensation attorney.

Hired Attorney David Vincent Hiden Jr.

Mr. Hiden did a satisfactory job working on my person injury case. The one area in which he could improve is communication. I was the one seeking out information and after a lengthy time with nothing accomplished I contacted Mr. Hiden to see what was happening with my case. Basically, I think he "forgot" about it since it was a small settlement.

Hired Attorney Michael Rott

During a deposition at his office, his two young daughters were allowed to come and go into the meeting room and interrupt daddy. It was very unprofessional.
He stopped taking my phone calls and failed to let me know what was going on, which was nothing, as they failed to make two deadlines.
