Hired Attorney Kristen E. Caverly

Kristen Caverly represented my two siblings and me against the Trustee of our deceased step mother. She reviewed all information, developed a strategy, and followed it with precision and legal confidence. She advised us all along the way of each next step, conducted excellent depositions, and ultimately was successful in our receiving our inheritance. Lisa Roper is a Superstar! From the moment we started working together through the conclusion of the matter, she was instrumental in giving me peace of mind that we would bring the litigation to a suitable conclusion. She graciously listened to every question I had and helped me have a full understanding of every issue and every decision. Her strategy and tactics were amazing - she was always ten steps ahead of everyone else. I always felt like our decisions and actions were pragmatic, well-reasoned, and in the best interests of the Trust. We were ALWAYS on the same page. In a case that could have gone many different ways, given the circumstances, I cannot imagine a more suitable outcome for the Trust, and for me as Successor Trustee.

Kristian Caverly and her team were my first experience with litigation. She communicated clearly her views on the situation we are facing, explained what would take place in the court room, and explained the level of research she would do to develop our case. I was greatly impressed with the level of research she and her team did to complete fact-finding. She worked very well with her team and used them to bounce off ideas for pros and cons of our case. She is very worthy of the price.

 
Divorce

Hired Law Firm

Hildy Fentin was a terrible divorce mediator for us. She suffers from the Dunning-Kruger effect and regularly lost her composure. We would regularly have to repeat items that we had already agree on, wasting time and creating additional angst. She continued this pattern through the finalization of the MSA and then charged us $90-$200 per email for changes that she should have incorporated. On the day of the signature, she held then entire MSA hostage until we paid. She was not impartial either.
