The worst attorney ever only cares about the abuser do not hire her!!!! Was minors counsel on my case and let my kid get abused - get away!!!! She was fine with abuse she would defend hon not matter what every though my child was being clearly abused !!!

Milligan was hired for minor's counsel after a divorce. I found her myself! My daughter's father denied medical issues of our daughter and was hostile since she was 3. Father denied issues and Heather blocked my daughter from accessing specialists to find root cause (turned out to be POTS, MCAS, two tick borne infections and hypermobility of her neck affecting her brain stem.) Heather did not go by Family Court Services recommendation, never met my daughter and only talked with her on the phone. She is distrustful, a poor communicator, unprofessional and not objective. She makes opinions based on emotions and not facts. She did my daughter harm by interfering with medical access. She made recommendations to the court for both parents to grant permission for Dr appts. My daughter's father denied access. My daughter now is 18, moved in with me and is receiving appropriate medical care through Centers for Complex Diseases. Heather should not be a lawyer.

She’s a evil manipulative liar. She will lie until the wheels fall off just to get what she wants. She’s very two-faced. Don’t fall for her smile or her laugh she will stab you in the back and in the face. She does not care all she cares about is herself. She reminds me of you know when you went to high school and there was that person who always got picked on so they made it their life ambition to become a cop so they can seek revenge. That’s what she reminds me of. She’ll laugh and smile in your face and put your child in harms way. If you’re seeking justice for your child this is the last person you want on your case.

Our case was high conflict Domestic Violence with children that were present. Heather denied all facts despite the parent that committed the violence was prosecuted in criminal court and family court also deemed them the perpetrator of violence. As a result Heather was named the minor counsel for our daughter. The court decided custody and once we were out of court Heather let the minor dictate where she wanted to live which unraveled everything set in place for the child's success. Our family relationships suffered so much with having this person in our lives. We lost so much. Heather lacks experience and compassion. We do not recommend her as she is biased and has her own agenda. She solely supports the mother and father's mean nothing.
