Erik is specific and to the point, nothing candy coated, he tells you just like it is. Erik is knowledgeable about every aspect of your case. He listens and deciphers through items that may be most important to you but knows what is most important factors to the judge to win your case. Erik is profession and articulate and if you have a fighting chance to win your case he will win it for you.
I would definitely not recommend Erik. He draws out divorce making it lengthy (ours was over 3 years). He is unresponsive, uncooperative, and unprofessional. He ignores and does not reply to emails or phone calls. He obstructed and stalled the divorce process. Each time we made an offer, it would take him several weeks to respond, one time over two months. My ex used his services and even reached out to my attorney on more than one occasion because Erik (his attorney) was not responding to him. Erik turned in discovery late and had embellished numbers on other documents (for assets and my salary, although he had the facts on documents). He was not prepared for mediation and missed a large part because he didn’t read the summary brief beforehand, making him and his client (my ex) ill-prepared and mediation lasting several hours longer than necessary. He lacked integrity in his dealings. Look elsewhere and save yourself money and energy.
