Edgar Beltran Diaz

I was very grateful for having hired this law firm to represent me in a case for my son. He helped my son win his case. After going to court for over a year, my son’s case seemed to be dragging on and it did not feel good because it was stressful and the prior attorney did said the case could not be won. My whole family was at a loss and we felt the case was never going to end and if it did end, it would be awful for my son. As soon as we called attorney Diaz, he spoke to my son and me, saw the case, went to court, and in 2 months saved my son and won the case.

He worked on my case and won my case. I liked his professionalism and how he speaks in court. I would highly recommend Mr. Edgar Diaz to anyone who needs a great and trustworthy attorney.

Attorney Edgar took care of my case perfectly. My ex was filing lies about me in court and he would get away with it. I thank God that I found Attorney Edgar because he filed all the correct documents and somehow ordered my ex to "take the stand" and Attorney Edgar's questions were right to the point and the questions he asked her perfect because my ex was caught in several lies. Even the judge said that his testimony (after my Attorney Edgar) questioned him, "shall be sent to the District Attorney's" office for possible perjury prosecution. Attorney Edgar was always responsive to my calls, explained the case and was very good in actual court. I have recommended him to a few people and they have all thanked me for the referral. God Bless Attorney Edgar. (he made it so I could spend a lot more time with my daughter and not be thrown out of my home). If I ever need legal help, I always call his office. He's not in West Covina though, he was in San Diego.

Attorney Diaz represented me and did an absolutely awesome job. He was referred to me by a friend, but i spoke with 2 to 3 other attorney's first. And I spoke with him last and he was the only attorney that made me feel like he knew what was happening in my case, the law that was involved, and how he felt he could help me. This person who lives in the same area i live actually filed some documents against me and it was an court order that ordered me to stay away and not "harass, threaten etc." this other person. When I read the document I was scared. It was all lies, I was soooo scared. Attorney Diaz made me feel at ease again because he took the time to explain the law to me and how the court system works. So I hired him. Best money I ever spent. He always returned my emails and he did actually win my case. The judge said a few words, Attorney Diaz spoke to the judge, I really don't remember what was said but the judge just said the case was dismissed. Attorney Diaz did great work.

I hired Edgar Diaz for a restraining order case. He was unresponsive and dragged his feet for months, rarely listening to my concerns or timeline. He submitted incorrect court documents even after sending drafts for my review, which I had spent hours correcting just for him to send the originals I didn’t approve. He allowed the opposing party to ask the court for multiple extensions without objection, causing unnecessary delays and stress. I terminated his services and hired a new attorney, who resolved the case in two months: the temporary restraining order against me was removed, and one was properly placed against the woman harassing me. I cannot recommend Mr. Diaz due to his lack of communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
