Hired Attorney

Estate Planning yes, execution/litigation NO. After a decades-long relationship for my own trust/wills with no problems, I engaged them to monitor/enforce my father’s estate and inheritance. The results were extremely disappointing. Lack of follow-up, lack of digging into details, ignoring pertinent facts and warning signs, months between communications that should have been days. It appeared they either had no interest in enforcement/litigation of estate cases and/or were not interested in anything less than a case worth $100k+ in fees. I am now suffering through $10k’s of legal fees with a new attorney (on top of the $10k’s already invested) unwinding shady maneuvers from the opposing side that could/should have been caught and addressed years ago. Very disappointing – I do not recommend.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
