Hired Law Firm

When I asked Mr Fritz his strategy for my divorce case, he stated "I don't discuss strategy with clients." At this point I should have walked out but I had been served and had to respond quickly so I stayed with Basie and Fritz. The result is a loss of 1/3 of my military pension and spousal support amounting annually to $100,000. Now that I am of retirement age, Mr Fritz doesn't want to help me retire and end this forced labor sentence I have been serving for the past 4 years.

Hired Attorney Jeffrey Fritz

Mr. Fritz was at my first consultation and then I never saw him again. There was someone new on every court date. I never new what was going on until it was over. I felt like a very small fish in a VERY BIG pond. I was paying a lot of money but I felt as though I meant nothing, like he had bigger and better things to do.

Hired Law Firm

Not recommended. Run, don't walk. Just look on the San Diego court website and search Jeffrey Fritz . You will see the number of lawsuits He has filed against his clients for non-payment. Duplicate invoicing unnecessary invoicing. Standard practices.

Hired Law Firm

I was married for 4 1/2 yrs. It took basie and fritz 3 1/2 yrs to finalize my divorce. my original attorney at the firm I was very happy with. She moved and they assigned me another attorney without consulting me. He did next to nothing. Through those 3 1/2 yrs (which is ridiculous in and of itself) they charged me over $100,000.00. My father had to do a reverse mortgage just to help me out. 4 years later they sent me another bill for $42,000.00. I had to file for bankruptcy.
