Anna has tried cases to jury verdict and has had numerous bench trials and arbitrations in the business, healthcare, real estate, and design professional sectors.
Her business litigation experience includes corporate governance, breach of contract, fraud, unfair business practices, dissolution, suitability, and unfair competition.
She has tried health care cases related to corporate practice of medicine doctrine, physician termination involving non-compete and anti-solicitation clauses, and medical group dissolution.
Her real estate litigation expertise is in mobile home park law including rent control; special and permissive adjustments; park conversions; failure to maintain litigation; drafting, analysis and enforcement of rules and regulations; drafting leases, unlawful detainer (commercial and residential); and land use cases involving CEQA and the administrative permitting process.
Anna also has experience with design professional representation, specializing in professional liability cases related to soils engineers, and government contractors with regard to their relationship with federal, state, and local public agencies.
