Horrible. ********** Stole our money ********** and would not return our calls or emails. Advise not to use her services. There was extremely poor communication regarding billing. We solved more with the school after we stopped using her services.
Kathleen did help us in the case, and won us a settlement. But I never received it and when I tried for years now for contact on the settlement, I have received no call, no letter no communication whatsoever. I pay all my bills but once again the little guy gets taken by everyone.
Some of the same issues as previous reviews with invoicing overcharges and lack of follow through. Key issues were made very clear by the client to be addressed with the opposition, but they were not showcased by the firm. Some decisions and recommendations made by the firm on the client's behalf weakened their position. When it came to in person lawyering, the firm was disorganized, lacked prep work, was visibly frustrated and relied on the clients for assistance. Hoping this will help other families to avoid the same set backs for their family.
