I'm a Southern California lawyer ☀️ who started from the bottom of the legal field as a legal assistant and has risen to own and operate my own law firm. I have extensive experience in legal research, legal writing, and implementing efficient procedures to minimize cost to my clients and ensure that my clients get the best possible results.🏆 In law school, I received an American Jurisprudence award in nearly all of my courses. This is a big deal, as the American Jurisprudence award is awarded to the student achieving the highest grade and rank in the class for a particular subject (e.g., Torts, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Family Law, Civil Procedure, etc.). Among the classes I received an American Jurisprudence Award were Criminal Law, Contracts, Legal Research and Writing, Civil Procedure, and Business Associations.🎯 In practice, I fight zealously for my clients to achieve the best possible results. I don't back down from a fight, and I explore all possibilities to get my clients positive results. From the legal technology I employ to reduce representation costs to the wide array of referrals I utilize to evaluate and prepare my clients' cases (e.g., investigators, medical experts, mental health experts, etc.), I ensure that my clients all receive the personal attention that they deserve!

I highly recommend Mr. Hughes and his office to handle your legal needs. As an out-of-state (NON-CA) NY-CDL truck driver, I received a hands-free cell phone moving violation citation from CHP (CA Hwy Patrol) in southern Cali-Riverside County 11-30-23.Fast forward to last month JAN 2025-nearly 14Mos from citation date and the case and charges were dismissed with NO fine or more importantly points on my NY-CDL driver record. As a commercial driver, everyone knows this is your occupation; and, you need to protect your license. I confidently state Mr. Hughes and his team diligently worked to win my case in court and protect my driving record. For that action, I cannot say Thank You enough for his efforts. Lastly, Mr. Hughes makes use of technology to keep touch with his clients. Clients can communicate with him at any time thru the Clio software online secure E-Mail msg portal. Mr. Hughes always returned online messages or phone calls. I strongly recommend Mr. Vincent Hughes-ESQ
