Allison R. Bracy is a civil trial attorney with extensive experience in business litigation, public entity liability, labor and employment, general casualty, and professional liability. She represents a diverse clientele, from private individuals and small businesses to large corporations and public entities, in cases involving employment litigation, FEHA claims, wrongful termination, personal injury, premises liability, and product defects. She has also served as lead counsel in professional liability matters for architecture, engineering, legal, and medical professionals.
Mrs. Bracy earned her undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law. She is an active member of several professional associations, including the California Lawyers Association, San Bernardino County Bar Association, and National Bar Association. She is notably involved with the Richard T. Fields Bar Association, where she has served on the Board and is currently President.
Beyond her legal practice, Mrs. Bracy serves on the boards of several community-focused nonprofits, contributing her legal insight to organizations like The Center for Youth and Family Development.
