Very rude and told me she did not have to hear my story because she knew all the details from my case and that the accident was my fault when even the federal judge ruled in my favour!!

Hired Law Firm

After almost a year i found out they served the wrong defendant. Now we start all over! But now all the video evidence has been erased! I don't bother them. I only call once every month or so. To see if they have any news. When i do call i talk with people who have to look up my name. and they always have to talk to someone else. They say they will get back to me. But never do! I called june 25th. No one has called me back yet! I write this on july 12 After 15 mos without working. I called to get a copy of my med assessment. I needed it to get food stamps.because i have no income. They said they would email me the paperwork. Crickets! In all fairness my case is not worth a lot of money. They have guaranteed payment to the doctors. And i have received treatments for my spine. I was so happy that someone seemed to understand my situation,and care. Having someone in my corner to fight for me felt good! But i am not happy starting over! I'll tell them if they ever call.
