Hired Attorney

My experience with The English Law Firm (now operating as Innovina Law) and attorney William Garrison English was extremely disappointing. I retained the firm for a time-sensitive legal matter and paid a flat fee with the expectation of receiving meaningful legal analysis, guidance, communication, and pre-litigation representation. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. Communication was one of my biggest concerns. There were extended periods where I received little meaningful information about the status of my matter despite repeated requests for updates. When information was provided, it often came late in the process and left me feeling unable to make fully informed decisions regarding my legal options. I also encountered multiple drafts of documents that required revisions, including what I believed were factual inaccuracies. Despite raising these concerns, I continued to receive revised versions that did not fully address all of the issues I had iden

Hired Attorney

I went ahead and hired The English Law Firm for help with an estate-related matter a while back, thinking the initial consultation sounded promising. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. After paying and getting started, I ran into significant delays in getting responses to questions or updates on progress--emails and calls often went unanswered for extended periods, and when communication did happen, it felt reactive rather than proactive. This led to unnecessary stress during what was already a difficult time, and the overall process dragged on longer than anticipated with limited forward momentum. From what I've seen in other online reviews since then, similar issues with communication gaps and follow-through come up repeatedly from different clients. While I understand that every situation is unique and that some people might have better outcomes, the pattern was concerning enough that I wouldn't recommend them wit caveats. If you're thinking about using t

Hired Attorney

Please never never never hire the William Garrison English Law Firm. He only wants the flat fee then will do nothing to help you. Once you pay, he stops all contact. His nice assistant "Jacob" suddenly becomes annoyed and bothered by your calls. After wasting my time, and stalling 60 days, ironically when you can no longer dispute his flat fee with your bank, English says he's done all he can to help and refers to litigation attorney. He completely used AI for his "work" and made me look ridiculous to the other party. He has no staff. He probably is "Jacob". Please be careful. Choose anyone else to help you.

Hired Attorney

Avoid at all costs! I hired The English Law Firm for what I thought would be straightforward legal help, but it turned into a nightmare of delays, ignored messages, and incomplete work. From the start, promises made during our initial discussions weren't honored in the final agreement, leading to confusion and wasted time. I paid a flat fee upfront, expecting prompt service, but weeks turned into months with zero progress--emails and calls went unanswered for over 50 days straight, even when I was facing tight deadlines that could have been met with basic effort. When they finally responded, it was only after I took steps to dispute the payment, and even then, the deliverables were rushed, inaccurate, and didn't reflect my clear instructions from early on. This firm's lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary stress and real setbacks for my family. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for reliable legal support. 1 star is too generous.
