I have known him for over 20yrs. And.. I saw at first what a horrible job. But he seemed like a good guy. But he has no conscience and charged me up front and paid in full. 7000. Not worth a wooden toothpick. Disappointed I was warned and trusted him. If your looking keep looking. As I have seen him go down hill this is the lowest. Disheartening. But I do not want another person to lose their case and money. And he has no problem. But sadly. A friend like him.. he made me mentally and emotionally I'll. I think he was playing the other side. Or he really does not not process of law in Probate or personal injury. Thank God I saved my case- not so good.. but I know I can count on myself as he cannot be trusted
PS. Beware of Contract - he tried to get away from the contract as its has a longer shelf life that verbal. But I got him on recording .. beware of promises. An attorney cannot make statements of a settlement. Like 3x the amount of what you paid me. Is that worth it to you ? That's what is on recording. So then he will change it and say.. now you know their is no guarantee? Deceptive trade verbal cues. I just hit record y vamonos. That way when they think they got you.. you got an oppertunity- to prove a fraud or deceptive trade practice. But.. hey- he caused me lots of tears and stress and he enjoyed hurt his clients. But .. if you saw the little guy.. you would feel bad for him. Who calls themselves a friend and rips you off. ? Sad.
Took my money and ran! Would supposedly leave the state and not tell me. Did very little for my case and caused it to drag on without reason. Fired him as soon as possible!
