Hired Law Firm

I had an incompetent attorney gave me poor advice. One of my customer friend and a County Judge recommended Joseph law firms because Mr. Joseph had been a small community attorney for many years. I went to him and paid him $3000 to take my case. I told Mr. Joseph NO mediation because I had done no wrong. I had never been late or missed a payment to the City. I had never violated any ordinance. rule, regulation or law. He took it on his own against my advisement and told the City he would mediate. I ended being put out of business, losing 12 airplanes, 10 enclosed hangars, 50 years of tools, aviation parts. Everything I worked for and my retirement. I ended up 7.5 years in State prison as a guard. I just being a prisoner guard because I am a Vietnam Marine 100% combat veteran age 85hrs and11 months. I am a native West Texan that wanted to return to Texas. I owned a very good business in Georgia but wanted to return to my home state. I found EVIL and incompetent people inTexas.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
