I contacted Mr. Crane in regards to disability discrimination, and had been emailing back and forth with his assistant, Karen. I even took time off to meet with Mr. Crane, and in my first contact form, I explained the entire situation, and that I was a single, low income mother, and he charged me $45 for a consultation in which all he did was tell me to file a claim with the EEOC or nothing could be done. I feel this could have been told/asked of me beforehand. So I lost $45 for nothing.
