Mr. Steven C. Benke IV

I hired Steven C. Benke law firm after close to 2 years with prior firm. They managed to wrap things up very timely about a month and a half to the finish line. The legal assistant working for firm was very capable and professional as well as attorney handling my case. I would definitely recommend this firm to navigate through the complexities of a divorce in a simple fashion.

Ive worked with this lawyers office 5 years go. It had its hang ups and lack of communication but i went back. Biggest mistake! When i thought my attorney was asking me for documentation i figured he be using it to build the case. Well the suave, cool collected, michael dominik was quick to be driven soley on money, and blatantly did nothing with any documentation. (This is an eye opener. Hope you heard this steven benke.) Your paid attorney under your firm (this information was confirmed with new representative through a different office) that michael dominik motioned to remove himself from the case days before informing me. Considering this information, attorney michael demamded full payment of 3000.00 to continue his case with me. Attorney m.d.was shown a fund on hold ck from the bank for 6000. Thus explaining his money was on the way but instead, he explained now he expected 5800. What a coincidence. Dont you think?

I always had to ask for copies of all paperwork several times. He also does not like men in a divorce. He would not go the extra mile to help a man win custody.

Filed for divorce with this firm Aug 2 2021. Paid the retainer fee. They filed. Went on for months. They had to refile. Went on for months. I had no communication from them for months. Finally I e-mailed them. I guess they forgot about me because I had to tell them what the judges orders were. Long story short... I am still not divorced they have monies the judge ordered husband to pay my attorney fees. Now they said I still owe then and unless I pay they are going to drop me as a client. SO I PAID husband PAID AND they still are demanding more money. My advice. To to someone else. They are all about draining you.$$$$. My lawyer has since left the firm ...hummm...Still not divorced!!!
