Ms. Cabezas-Gil does NOT have the expertise that a credentialed mediator possesses. She is an amateur at best and you will NOT receive a meaningful mediation. I am just now learning that because of her lack of credentialing, there is little recourse with regards to filing a complaint. Her behavior during my mediation was egregious at best. Even my attorney said that she lacked the characteristics a qualified mediator possesses. If this name comes up in your lawsuit as a mediator, ADAMANTLY refuse to have her oversee your mediation.
