the initial contract for a contingency is only as good as the paper its printed on. They backed out of our agreement because it wasn't a "slam dunk" win. Instead they opted to represent us at an hourly rate even with a signed contract...WOW! We expected more for the 5k we had already dropped on them. Todd seemed lost at times asking for items that had already been delivered and Robert talks a big game about going after the insurance company but in the end neither backs it up. Easy to have a 95%++ win rate when all you do is take the easy wins at a 33% fee. Look elsewhere folks, this lot isn't worth it
Not Recommended. I contacted this particular Law Firm a week ago. They did not respond that Friday but they did call me back on Monday. Stephen M. Fields, attorney and lawyer, appeared very excited about my case with State Farm. He wanted a lot of my documents that day which I sent. Stephen M. Fields never requested access to my Google Drive folder but his paralegal did access it. Hello? I'm not hiring a paralegal. From Monday through almost Friday, Steven never bothered to access the folder that I sent him. Even if he had it doesn't really make any difference at this point because he indicated he would get back to me in a timely manner after his trial on either Tuesday or Wednesday but here we are almost Friday and no response. Did he perhaps not see my email? Well I also sent him a text So he either saw the email or the text or saw both. What's troubling is it appears Steven and this firm have been receiving
