Believe the reviews. He didn't do any of the work he was paid for and then just stopped responding. Had to get another lawyer, I wish I could talk to this guy in person honestly. He deserves to be disbarred.
After he was paid there was no communication about the case. 2 months later we cam to find out that Daniel G Garcia never filled the paperwork that he promised. We had to find this out by another lawyer. After requesting confirmation about the “paperwork” he was going to send, he never responded. Thanks to his careless work the life of my family member was drastically affected. I would never recommend. If anything I recommend his license to be revoked.
He changed his location and contact info and never let us know.. Contacted creditors in my case and never called them back till he 'Remembered' several months later. He consistently refused to give updates, then took 2 months to send the paperwork to get signed. After all that, he sent the check out a week late and from the wrong account! This guy is completely incompetent., plain and simple. For all this he took 40%. Should have gotten 5%
Poor poor communication the whole time after money's were collected! Never informative about anything on my husband's case ! I was constantly calling for help pleading for any little information and nothing. Had random irrisponsible people with wrong info calling asking (me) questions about the case for " Mr Garcia"! No no! Never look to this guy or office for help ! Look for someone who is actually going to look into and be helpful with what is going on with you're situation not just a suit!
