Hired Attorney Ms. Carol Bertsch

Carol, along with her staff, are professional, kind and exact. Carol is an expert in Elder Law and Estate Planning. My assessment is based on Carol's treatment of and professionalism applied to my Father's elder law needs. His Will was comprehensive. Her staff was patient with my Dad, thoughtfully accommodating several Will revisions. Carol and her staff met my Dad at this car to execute his Will, given he is physically challenged from an autoimmune disease. Carol left no question unanswered, prior to my Dad was confident all his needs were met by the Will. Also, I am an attorney, who does not practice Elder Law or Estate Planning. I observed Carol's expertise in other matters, where I referred her clients. My opinion on her skills is premised on her exceptional treatment and representation of my Dad, along with her professional reputation as a source of expert advice to her peers and unmatched client representation.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
