I was referred to this law firm by another firm because of the issues and complexity of this situation they came highly recommended and so far it's been fine, I'm waiting to hear if they'll go forward with a case.

I reached out to them and they never replied. Quite disappointing if you’d ask me. But this is a survey and you are. Why though did they not respond? Were they busy? Was my case beneath them? Idk, they never responded.

Some questions as to actual performance are unanswerable for the following reasons: I was referred by an attorney I have worked and with whom I was very pleased. I called this firm, and was told the attorney would call me back so we could have a brief consultation about my case. I never got that call back. A week later, I tried again. Receptionist apologized and promised the attorney would call me back. Nothing, not even a call back from his assistant. I believe I tried one more time with an e-mail. No response. The message was clear. "We don't care about you enough to call you back." (Or, we're too disorganized.). Either way, no one in their right mind would hire such a firm. Maybe they'll see this and get a clue, but I doubt it.

Over the past two months, I have contacted Kustoff & Sanders' LLP three times through their website with a request for consultation regarding a deceptive trade case. To this day (2 months later) No One has ever got back to me.

I did a search on Google and looked for an attorney for suing 3rd party insurance companies that do not want to pay for personal damage claims. Your company on the search said it does. But then when I hear back you only handle personal injury. So Misleading. I guess all of the attorneys have become ambulance chasers.,I guess this is where the money is.

My husband and I met with Mr Kustoff at our home about 2 months ago. He confirmed that we had a case after looking at the damage to our house. We sent in the requested documentation in an email to his firm about 2-3 weeks after we met with him & decided he would be a good fit for our situation. I have called the office 9 times, called his cell & I’ve sent a text. I’ve also called the office requesting to speak with another lawyer at the firm. I kept being told they will give him a message or that he’ll call me back. I never received anything. If he didn’t want to take our case all he had to do was say so. If he’s this bad about communication before he even takes the case how bad would it be once he’s actually hired? I just don’t think anyone that’s going through something similar to what we are should have to deal with a lawyer that won’t communicate. I am very frustrated and disappointed in my experience with Mr Kustoff. I can not stress enough how much I do not recommend this firm.

Left an e-mail message for Kustoff & Sanders on their web site. After several days without hearing from them, I called the office number and left a message. Never received any response. Common courtesy would be to follow up with a potential client. If the case isn't large enough for the firm to care to take the case, at least tell the person leaving the message; after all, word of mouth is what brings in clients!
