I hired Disrud in Oct '20 for representation in a VA benefits claim case. I fired him 8 months later when a US Congressional Inquiry (TX21) exposed him. The Texas Veterans Commission/TVC received complaints of Stolen Valor and Veterans Benefits Fraud as well as a request for action at the State level from TX Rep Diego Bernal HD123. TVC's efforts established Disrud's admitted wrongdoing by offering services (for which he's unqualified), taking advanced payments (for services never rendered) and taking payments from Veterans without pre-approval by VA. All three are violations of Federal Law. So far Disrud's only been ordered to return the money he illegally took from the Veteran cited in the TVC'S complaint. Between 60 and 80 more Veterans are due refunds and compensation for the denial of medical care and other needs caused by Disrud's predatory interference in the VA claims process.

Disrud uses Stolen Valor to defraud Disabled Veterans. He violates Federal Regulations by claiming he's qualified to represent Veterans in VA benefits claims and by taking their money without VA approval. I found him to be shockingly dishonest and incompetent.
