Hired Law Firm

I hired Jesse White on a Child Custody case. Once I paid them they began ignoring my calls and never returned my messages. Their receptionist would leave me on hold for 5 minutes or more at a time only to return and say Jesse and Barbara were unwilling to take my calls. I tried emailing my concerns and they all went unanswered. They didn't appear the day of my court case I contacted their office once the Attorney General called me and they didn't even take my call. Rather they just emailed me.

Hired Attorney Mr. Jesse White

I am in the process of hiring another lawyer. I'd rather lose my $1500 retainer than continue to deal with the overall unprofessionalism that he, Barbara, and the office staff put out. I have very little money but I have even less faith that he is looking out for my best interest. He was so unprofessional that he sent his paralegal (Barbara) into the meeting with my husband and me... where we were supposed to attempt to come to an agreement. Only allowed 500 words on this review. One word... RUN

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
