Had to be reminded of the case and did not seem prepared. Too laid back for these important issues. She did not pursue anything unless the family brought it up. We All are disappointed in the outcome.
Ms. Brown' takes pride in 27 years of experience, but obviously she has learned nothing during does years. She does not care to get to know the client, is ill prepared, does not listen to what the client wants, bullies and scares the client to settle and not go to court; charges indecent amounts for her secretary to answer the phone, respond with a one sentence email; to make copied, to return a call with a response to a question; unethical; uncaring; rude; unprofessional, does not deserve fee.
