Ms. Jacqueline R. Kriebel

I was referred to Ms. Jacqueline Kriebel by another attorney. When I called her number, it was Ms. Kriebel that answered my call. She was professional, to the point, very descriptive, informative and knowledgeable. I have been worried sick about a child custody case I have been dealing with for years. Ms. Kriebel said she could have the case finalized in a few days. And with God’s grace, she charged me a low fee. Once she received payment. She started working on the documents and order in the morning. I signed the documents in the early afternoon and she had me in front of the court via zoom late afternoon. Orders were signed by the judge. Praise the Lord, all my worries were resolved. I’m still in shock at her price, professionalism and the timing of her resolve. I can’t thank you enough,Ms. Kriebel. Then they all asked for money that day, and everything that I asked for in the divorce,I they ALL agreed to make it happen. Which no one can predict how negotiations are going to go. But Jacqueline Kriebel was the 1st lawyer to actually listen my story. Then told me she thinks that my marriage is with worth saving. And couples counseling and individual counseling might fix the marriage. Jacqueline makes money on divorce cases, and no money if I stay with my spouse. My wife and hired Mrs. Kriebel for a CPS custody battle. We had to fight the state, the Ad Litem and the Foster Parents. We hired Jacqueline Kriebel to represent us after a terrible experience with another law firm. She was understanding and sympathetic to our situation and had our case underway immediately. We were granted sole managing conservatorship of our grandson after CPS was involved in another county. Ms. Kreibel in my opinion is just money hungry, first of all she won't take anything but a cashiers check and or money orders, 2nd she'll tell you she can't send you her contract until you're there with the money because you're only a potential client, then she'll verbally tell you anything you'd want to hear while she's fixing and ordering her office supplies on the time she's charging you for, then months down the line she'll tell you she hasn't heard from the other attorney after you try and contact her for an update, funny she had other cases with the same attorney is what she told me when we initially spoke, then when you push her to take some action she'll make up rules which in my experience do not exist, I just got a court date for a final and completed my final hearing without a mediation she said we had to do, without going to the judge and asking not to mediate, then she'll tell ask you for more money and I has to request my bill several time until I her that I do not trust

I do NOT recommend this woman. Particularly at a vulnerable moment in your life. Kriebel was friendly when I first spoke with her. The very moment I retained her, her demeanor drastically changed. I have never been treated with so much contempt and condescension--e.g., she told me concerns were nothing compared to some other cases, and that I should stop watching Law and Order. She bragged about how she bankrupted her now ex-husband in her divorce with him, and got sole custody of her son. It was so nasty, so sudden, and so inappropriate, I was in shock/confused. Her conduct and poor professional boundaries (read some of the other google reviews on this) raised obvious concerns so after contemplating I sent an email requesting to terminate services. I only spoke with less than 30 minutes after retaining her. I never stepped foot in her office. I never stepped foot in a courtroom. I never stepped foot in a mediation office. Yet Ms. Kriebel kept the entirety of the $5000
