Consulted Davis about a out and out legal malpractice, where the atty refused to write a brief, did not prepare for trial, gave fraudulent legal advice, and missed an appeal deadline, and had a conflict of interest w/ the opposing atty...had been w/ her the night b4 trial. Davis was extremely rude and condescending and told me after I told him everything...he knew the atty's and I had no case. Really? I don't recommend him. Be careful.
