Our practice focuses upon representation in the following areas: Social Security Disability, VA Disability Benefits, Estate Planning, Inheritance, Probate, Guardianship and Supplemental Security Income law. The firm handles litigation in these areas in the state and federal court systems.

All fees are quoted in advance and details regarding our fees are available on this website. For your convenience, our firm accepts all major credit cards.

The San Antonio offices are conveniently located near the San Antonio International Airport. The office is easily accessible from any part of San Antonio. We are only five minutes from the airport, and offer free parking. The firm's offices are fully accessible to the handicapped.

Caring, efficient, and knowledgeable service sums it up regarding the folks at Heard and Smith. If you have a qualifying disability, like I did, they will fight your case in an efficient manner. I received my disability approval after only 14 months post qualifying date. So, even if Social Security denies your initial claim, get Heard and Smith involved and you'll receive knowledgeable guidance and results!

They not only won my case but to my surprise, I received a call from the attorney who assisted me with getting my Medicare benefits as well as a plan with Cigna. I have applied for my SSI Disability because I've been Medically from my job, which I worked for 26 years and 4 months. I am not able to work dur to 4 major back surgeries, the last 2 with bolts, screws and a rod. Social Security denied me and was not helpful when I called, BUT as soon as I called this law firm I feel like they are going to do their best to help me. The young lady that I talked to was very professional and took her time to explain the process to me. I look forward to my outcome.

I was directed to them from an online form I had filled out.Contacted them and set up appeals process.Didnt do any research before I agreed. Started to see all the negative reviews later on down the road and was wandering did I make a mistake?Guess what absolutely not!!!Won benifits and I highly recommend this firm.***** 4/16
