Frances is the worst attorney we have ever come across. Child custody is an already difficult situation which Frances made far worse with her lack of organization and inability to accomplish even the simplest tasks. She would show up to court unprepared, required constant follow up, and needlessly delayed our child custody case. She is very unorganized, unresponsive, and never pro-active - despite the high fees we were paying her.
