So I have a case that's been going on since April of 2017 at Hays County Tx public dot co dot hays dot tx dot us go to their public website and put in my case number CR 17 1315-D and you'll see that my case is 5 years old and the court is violating my constitutional rights by refusing to give me a jury trial that's been cancelled and reset almost 25 times since 2018. Mr Matias started representing me on January 25th 2022 that's less than a month ago. I've told him no matter if you think I have a 0% chance to win I still want my jury trial. He told me he wouldn't pander to my unrealistic expectations, because it's so unrealistic to want your jury trial after 5 years. So Friday February 18th 2 days ago, he emails me and tells me pretty much "hey you need to get back to Texas and turn yourself in, you have w warrants for failure to appear. I can't put all of this here so go review Edwin Matias at Avvo.com after 2/21/22 to make sure it's approved
