Hello, I say this respectfully and hope no one else has to endure this hardship/injustice. Lawyers are supposed to be there to assist and help their client not harm them. Edward Bravenec was retained by my children and I for a commercial litigation probate matter due to my husbands passing and he was a 50/50 partner .. Edward took the retainer from us and would disappear for weeks and months at a time. He amended a pleading without my knowledge or consent . Which had been done by a previous attorney. Jonathan Bethune and Carlos Estrada (no consult or permission from me either) Edward Missed deadlines as well as falsified phone records . He appeared lost and confused at times not valuing me or our case. He and his assistant Yolanda signed a statement swearing truth yet told a lie. There are numerous things all out of line and I do have the proof of him saying He lied to me via emails text etc. He told me a deposition was a zoom yet when I researched it was out of state wow SMH
