About Mr. David Michael Butterbaugh

Mr. Butterbaugh has been Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2010. Only ten percent of all attorneys in Texas are Board Certified in any practice area, and fewer than one percent are Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Board Certification is a mark of excellence and a distinguishing accomplishment. Board Certified lawyers are the only attorneys allowed by the State Bar of Texas to publicly represent themselves as a specialist in a select area of the law. In addition, he also serves as an Elder at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com). He is married to Adela and has been blessed with three wonderful children.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
