He is very thorough and has a gift to see many different ways to approach the end goal. Dan is kind and thoughtful, yet tough when he needs to be. He always takes the time to answer questions and never makes you feel like you are ignorant. Dan is always upfront about costs & expenses and gives you options to stay within your budget. I am so grateful to have had Dan guide us to success in such a difficult situation.
Worked with other lawyers in the past. Never have I had a better experience than with Mr. Vaña. I live in NY and still the communication was fantastic. Mr. Vaña took the time so I understood what was going on at every step. An all around great experience having Mr Vaña handling my affairs. Thank you again Mr Vaña!!
Dan did an excellent job in representing my case. He and His team prepared me well for deposition. Overall, outstanding experience. I highly recommend.
Dan made a stressful situation easier to handle. He kept me informed and always had my best interest in mind. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a top notch attorney.
Mr. Vana handled a real estate matter and did very well on the negotiations and drafting to get the desired results.
Dan handled my Dad's probate for our family in a very timely and professional manner. We would use or recommend the firm to our friends.
Mr. Vana is a professional in every sense of the word. He is, however, more than that. He can read a person. I felt comfortable to communicate any concerns, questions, even comments I may of had. Every step was explained, including each phase of the case and how it would be handled. My opinion was always heard .I felt secure in the knowledge that Mr. Vana was doing everything possible for me. The fact that I live 600 miles away only shows his level of commitment. I highly recommend Mr. Vana.
Absolutely incompetent. Ridiculous waste of money. If you are so unlucky to be represented by this "lawyer" you might as well get your check book out. You are going to pay whoever is suing you, and him. Guaranteed loss. Good luck to you!
